Unable to log in to the app
Veripalvelu uses the Signicat authentication service in the app to verify the user’s identity. If the app freezes after entering your bank credentials and you cannot proceed, it is likely due to a maintenance break that is not related to Veripalvelu. We recommend trying again later or later the same day.
If the issue persists, please contact us at luovuttajansovellus@veripalvelu.fi. Also, let us know which phone model you are using (Apple/Android) and your phone’s operating system version (e.g., iOS 16.2 or Android 10.0). This will help us investigate the issue further.
